9:30 – 12:30: Day program 1: excursion “Jewish Montreal in the time of Zamenhof” (leader: Jenja Amis). With a stop next to some “ruelles vertes” (green alleys) in Mile-End. Starts from: Square Saint-Louis (next to the fountain). It ends next to Leonard Cohen’s house, in the Little Portugal park.
12:30 – 14:30: Lunch and Farewell: Bagels Etc. (Little Portugal). If more than 23 people, the group will be divided.
14:30 – 17:30: Post-congress excursion “The graves of the Montreal Zamenhofs“. Meeting in the Little Portugal park. With a side visit to Leonard Cohen’s grave. After the excursion, a visit to the Montreal ZEO in the Albert Saint-Martin park.
18:00: If interested, joint dinner in the city center in Plateau (iconic restaurant La Banquise).

To facilitate the logistics of the event, nether asks you before purchasing tickets online for two visits, to be carried out during MEKARO, if you wish to participate: Biodôme (Sunday Thursday 9:30 a.m.):

Tickets may be sold out and it will no longer be possible to purchase on site. It is therefore strongly recommended to do this in advance.
Library “Libraro Ludovika”
It will be possible for KEA or SQE members to borrow books from Libraro Ludovika, the KEA and SQE book collection.

Recommended parking
If you arrive by car, we recommend underground parking at the Grande Bibliothèque du Québec, at a cost of $12 or $13 per day (depending on the day). It is a very central place.

Evening program
We invite you to contribute to the evening program by playing music, singing, etc. If possible, let us know in advance. info @ esperanto.qc.ca
Voluntary contribution
Participants will have to cover on-site costs and visits, but we are pleased to offer registration itself free of charge, to allow as many Esperantophones as possible – even those who are less financially secure – to participate.
A voluntary contribution (therefore not mandatory) is however welcome to support the payment of certain costs (room rental in particular).
